With a 5,000-strong network of Community Leaders (CLs), a supplier for hundreds of businesses, and a top seller in online marketplaces, SariSuki continues to grow by modernizing the agricultural supply chain resulting in a better way to source directly from farmers and manufacturers.
We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager who will oversee SariSuki’s Finance, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, and Internal Audit team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies by creating and implementing new policies and procedures, as well as maintaining existing ones
- Develop and implement short and long term strategic plans to ensure financial sustainability
- Collaborate with leadership team and board of directors
- Monitor cash flow, forecasting future cash flow needs, and making adjustments accordingly
- Ensure that all financial reporting requirements are met, including tax filings and regulatory compliance
- Manage accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Develop budgets and work with managers to ensure they are met
- Provide financial planning services to the organization, such as creating cash flow projections or developing capital budgets
- Create financial models to forecast the budget impact of proposed projects or policies
- Monitor the financial health of the organization by tracking key performance indicators such as cash flow, collections, and receivables
- Manage the organization’s investment portfolio and banking relationships
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the annual budgeting process
- Monitor and report on key financial indicators, providing recommendations for corrective action when necessary
- Negotiate and manage all financial contracts on behalf of the organization
- Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors and investors
- Ensure compliance with all regulations both local and outside the Philippines
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed to support decision-making across the organization
Nice-to-haves:
- At least 10 years of proven Accounting experience
- Retail experience is a plus; Experience in Inventory Reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting, Accountancy, or related field
- Working knowledge of local tax compliance regulations and reporting
- Strong understanding of economic and banking processes
- 5+ years leadership experience as a senior-level accounting or Finance Manager
- Strong working knowledge of detailed financial data analysis
- Exemplary history of financial project management
- CPA highly preferred
