We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who thrives on data, analytics, and performance metrics. You will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns across channels (email, paid media, social, etc.), while constantly testing, measuring, and optimizing for results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with senior marketers to track performance across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, email, etc.)
- Monitor campaign KPIs and performance metrics, preparing reports and insights for ongoing optimization
- Assist in A/B testing of creatives, subject lines, landing pages, and messaging strategies
- Help manage marketing calendars and timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- Use data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets) to analyze results and recommend improvements
- Conduct audience and competitor research to inform campaign strategies
- Work closely with content, design, and digital teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
Nice-to-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- At least 1 year of marketing experience
- Strong analytical mindset — you love digging into numbers and uncovering insights
- Familiarity with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing tools) is a plus
- Comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); bonus if you know pivot tables, basic formulas, etc.
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and organized
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bonus: experience with basic data visualization tools or marketing automation platforms
- Willing to report in Makati 3x a week
