Business Development Executive (Food Industry)

Identify untapped opportunities and drive expansion within SariSuki’s B2B market segment. This involves prospecting and qualifying leads, aiming to identify potential customers. Initiate conversations, nurture relationships, and facilitate the handoff to the sales team. Ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further engagement and conversion, thereby driving revenue growth for the company.

  • Identify and Prospect: Conduct market research to identify potential clients. Actively seek new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the entire sales cycle to achieve revenue targets.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with clients while ensuring a win-win situation for both parties. Close deals and achieve sales goals within defined timelines.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and customer feedback. Utilize this information to provide valuable insights for business strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and pain points by providing personalized support.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities. Provide regular reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and prospects.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree preferably with a focus in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Entrepreneurship, or any related field
  • Experience in HoReCa / Food industry is required for this position
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience and success in any B2B or Enterprise Sales role; Field sales experience is a plus
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales activation processes and tools
  •  Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and Google Suite
  • Goal and results oriented: Track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth, start-up environment; Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges; Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
  • Resourceful and creative: Can develop creative, innovative ideas for sales through different channels to reach, engage and grow SariSuki’s B2B presence
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
