The Marketplace Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the marketplace operations. This includes collaboration with different departments (Operations, Customer Service and Merchandising team). Monitor the daily performance of each account for order status, inventory management, and fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely receiving of stocks to put-away
- Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy
- Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventories
- Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity
- Manage cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis
- Lead others in safe work practices, especially when in a distribution center environment
- Monitor delivery schedule and customer orders
- Place and receive orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate with operations team for RTV, near expiry, damaged and expired items
- Coordinate with customer service and logistics departments
- Perform process and system testing and track performance by area to locate and solve problems in data integrity, productivity, and efficient
- Conduct training to newly onboard personnel
- Directly reports to the Supply Chain Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 years of experience in ecommerce industry, distribution, warehousing, or logistics environment
- At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Excellent with Microsoft Office Program and Windows
