The Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities. The role is highly proactive, requiring strong communication skills, market research, and a go-getter attitude to bring in new clients and grow our customer base.
Segments:
- Restaurant: preferably familiar with FMCG/F&B Distribution
- Wet Market: preferably familiar with Meat/Seafood Trader/FMCG
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new clients via outbound calls, emails, field visits, and online platforms.
- Qualify leads and conduct needs assessments.
- Schedule meetings, present product offerings, and close initial sales.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurately report progress using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaign-based lead generation.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales acquisition targets
Qualifications:
- Willing to be present onsite in Sucat, Paranaque with office schedule Mon-Fri (8AM to 5PM) and Sat (8AM to 12PM)
- Proven experience in sales, business development or lead generation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Resilient under pressure and rejection
- Strong hunger instinct
- Excellent communication skills
- Open to travelling and meet clients as needed
