We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to oversee and ensure the efficient operations of multiple store locations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations and staff management of his/her assigned area.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a reliever for merchandisers that are on day off
- Monitor and uphold customer service standards across assigned areas
- Supervise merchandiser performance and attendance
- Time management
- Monitor inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards
Qualifications:
- Experience in working in grocery stores or convenience stores
- Experience in handling fruits and vegetables as the main product
- At least 1 year supervisory or team leader experience
- Computer literate
- Willing to travel to different stores in the assigned area
- Preferably has his/her own motorcycle
Areas of responsibility will be Ortigas, Binangonan, Masinag and Napindan.
