We are looking for a talented and driven Business Development and Planning Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our Agritech Department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering relationships within the agricultural industry. Your primary focus will be on expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with the company's long-term goals and objectives for the agricultural sector.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including farmers, agricultural associations, government agencies, and potential partners.
- Collaborate with potential partners, distributors, and technology providers to enhance our product and service offerings. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team, detailing progress toward goals, market insights, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Willing to travel to different locations in the Philippines
- Attend face to face meetings when required

- At least 3 years experience in the Agricultural Sector
- Proven experience in business development within the Agricultural Sector
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices
- Experience in managing projects from start to finish
- Willingness to travel to different locations in the country
- Strong desire to excel and a proven track record of consistently achieving targets and completing projects
