We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to be responsible for conceptualization and execution of in-app promotions/discounts with the goal of driving user acquisition, retention, order frequency, and overall revenue.
- Creation of a promotion calendar - The promotion calendar should plot out the promotional activities for the month and should be created 2 weeks prior to the start of the month
- Conceptualizing promotions that are engaging - The promotions designed should be creative, with the goal of increasing user order frequency / retention / user acquisition. Each promotion will have a separate target that will be tracked during the lifespan of the promotion
- Managing monthly promotional budget - The candidate will be given a fixed budget by top management and will be responsible for allocation of budget to different promotions
- Reviewing performance of executed promotions - Each promotion will be given a target and will be A-B tested for effectivity in reaching the set target. Once tested, improvements will be made to each promotion.
- Constantly improve the consumer experience: Listen to customer feedback and use insights to improve further promotional activities
- Ensure adherence to promotional budgets
- Align with marketing team, merchandising team, and graphics team on planning and execution of promotions
