The Client Retention Specialist is responsible for nurturing and growing existing client relationships. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and maximizing account value through trust-based relationship building.
Segments:
- Restaurant: preferably familiar with FMCG/F&B Distribution
- Wet Market: preferably familiar with Meat/Seafood Trader
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients within the assigned segment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely support and communication.
- Analyze client buying patterns and develop customized growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, support) to ensure high service standards.
- Monitor account health and proactively resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve sales growth and renewal targets
Qualifications:
- Willing to be present onsite in Sucat, Paranaque with office schedule Mon-Fri (8AM to 5PM) and Sat (8AM to 12PM)
- Proven experience in key account management or customer-facing roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
- Strong interpersonal & relationship-building skills
- Excellent negotiation & problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven sales insights.
