We are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify key market opportunities and segments for SariSuki to leverage on to further grow the company's B2B segment presence.
- Build and optimize end-to-end BD processes like sales activations, client onboarding, order management and fulfillment, and personalized support for each client category.
- Dictate pricing and promotional strategies to acquire new clients, grow their basket size, and generate order growth while protecting bottomline health.
- Manage and lead SariSuki’s army of account managers serving a wide variety of clients (small- to medium-sized single restaurants, enterprise restaurant chains, cloud kitchens, carinderias, wet market sellers, supermarket concessions, etc.)
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Business Development
- Bachelor's degree preferably with a focus on Business, Economics, Merchandising, Management, or other related fields
- Project Management – must be able to plan, organize, and execute with teams and resources to achieve a set of goals and objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management – must be able to oversee and define the way SariSuki interacts and nurtures its relationships with its clients.
- Effective Communication – must be able to present ideas, coordinate execution, and report results across various levels of management.
- Skilled Negotiator – must be able to help SariSuki get the best possible outcome out of deals relative to our alternatives.
- Systems Thinking – must be able to analyze problems and design solutions holistically, leveraging support across relevant SariSuki departments
