About the Assignment:
- Provide customer support to customers
- Build and maintain good relationships and community building efforts with customers
- Guiding our customers in using the mobile application, with a primary focus on after-sales support services
- Manage product and service enquiries and any customer issues arising from our customers
Possible Tasks:
- Provide quality customer support (24/7) through Live Chat, Voice, and Digital channels for our customers
- Answering queries of our customers via Email, Chat, Outbound, Virtual Call, or Face-to-Face
- Any possible tasks provided by the Manager related to given main tasks
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
- At least 1-3 years working experience in Customer Service (Required) (BPO Experience is a plus)
- Experience in Outbound/Cold calling, Email, or Chat (Preferred)
- Proficiency in using Microsoft and GSuite products such as Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs etc; (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in both English, Filipino, and Bisaya
- Flexible and capable of switching from multiple different tasks depending on the need
- Can thrive under minimal supervision
Location & Duration of the Assignment:
- Willing to work in Talisay, Cebu
- Amenable to work in shifting schedule
- Willing to do overtime if needed
